Some key responsibilities:

  • Coordination and successful execution of required sales related activities focused on SAP Services in Consumer Packaged Goods or Retail;
  • Achieve assigned KPI’s sales, signings, revenue, profit, and client satisfaction objectives;
  • Directly managing the execution of high quality professional consulting & IT engagements;
  • Lead major projects and provide work direction/ guidance and support for the consultants within the team;
  • Requirements

    The aim of the Partner is to win and deliver profitable consultancy business, through his/her own leadership, input and example. Operating at the business on executive level, she/ he will build trusted client relationships.

    The organisation is looking for a thought leader who is a spin-in-the web for knowledge development and knowledge sharing by e.g. speaking at conferences or by publishing (new) valuable information and knowledge in his or her field. She/ he is a natural leader for the teams and is motivated to achieve growth by having the ability to share, stimulate and enthuse motivation for the same goal.


  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar position;
  • Proven business development track record; Strong commercial and relationship building skills;
  • Track record of success in a multi-stakeholder environment and experience of large scale business transformation;
  • Demonstrated advanced program management capabilities across all stages of the lifecycle of a greenfield SAP program: strategic design, detailed design, build and test, deployment and post go-live support;
  • Proven expertise in managing fixed price, milestonebased contract structures. With final accountability for delivery, client satisfaction and budget compliance;
  • Strong demonstrable network in the Consumer Packaged Goods or Retail industry;
  • Focus on strategic thinking;
  • Ability to provide hands-on support to the delivery teams in case of events or challenges;
  • Strong leadership skills;
  • Ability to lead and motivate diverse and multi-cultural teams of fellow high performers towards effective results;
  • Ability to work in complex, matrix managed organizational environments;
  • Proven pedigree in consulting services;
  • Highly self-motivated and driver of results, organised,
  • and complex problem solver.
